The Orcutt Union School District (OUSD) Board of Trustees are pleased to announce a partnership with TAIT & Associates who will soon develop senior housing on leased surplus school district property.  The project will bridge intergenerational learning environments for students and senior citizens, provide multiple levels of care for residents, include workforce housing, and provide funding through a long-term lease agreement where funds will initially be used to support our Orcutt school facilities.  The project will capture, through its architecture and function, the charm and beauty of Old Town Orcutt.
