Action Required - Data Confirmation for the 2024-2025 School Year

Hello Orcutt School District Parents,

Welcome to the 2024-25 school year! It is now time to get into your Parent Portal to update your child’s information. You will be asked to double check your address, phone number and emergency contacts. You will also be asked to acknowledge several documents and give permissions. You will be happy to know that by doing this, you will not be receiving stacks of paperwork to sign on the first day of school! 

After you update information in the portal, you will need to print and sign two documents and then bring them to your child’s school before the first day of school. These are (1) the Data Confirmation Parent Signature form and (2) the Health Services Department Annual Health Update form. Data confirmation is a requirement for entry into the new school year.

If your child is attending an elementary school, you will need to check back into your portal the evening of August 13th to learn who the homeroom teacher is. Lakeview, Orcutt Junior High and OAHS students are invited to come to school on a specific day before school starts to complete procedures and receive schedules.

If you cannot get into your Parent Portal, try the “forgot password” button (Information on how to reset your Aeries password).
